Lucia GTA 6 leak: what's real and what isn't
The Lucia GTA 6 leak is a run of clips from an anonymous account called Cyberleek that appear to show Lucia Caminos, one of the two GTA 6 protagonists, in an unreleased build of the game, some with the character unclothed. This page separates what Rockstar has confirmed from what is only reported, and flags the parts that don't hold up.
Short answer: Rockstar Games has not confirmed any Lucia clip. Outlets that watched them say the footage looks like a genuine but unfinished build of the game, while the nude scenes are most likely a debug or modified build: bystanders don't react, and people who saw Rockstar's own gameplay say that isn't how the game plays. The leaker is using the clips to pump a crypto meme coin. There is no official or safe download of the footage or the game.
Lucia GTA 6 leak: confirmed vs. unverified
- Lucia Caminos is one of GTA 6's two playable leads, alongside Jason Duval.
- GTA 6 is out November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

- Take-Two went to a New York federal court for DMCA subpoenas to unmask the leaker.
- That the Lucia clips come from a real GTA 6 build. Eurogamer says the footage "appears to be legitimate"; Rockstar hasn't said.
- How old the build is, and how the leaker got it.
- The leaker's claim to hold a 200 GB+ playable build.
- That walking around nude is a normal feature of the finished game.
- "GTA 6 full game" downloads: the 113 GB file that spread in August was padded malware, per tests reported by GameSpot.
- That buying the leaker's coin unlocks anything.

Who is Lucia in GTA 6?
Lucia Caminos is one of the two protagonists of Grand Theft Auto VI, and the first character players ever saw of it: she opens Trailer 1. Rockstar presents her and Jason Duval as a couple working together in the state of Leonida, Rockstar's take on Florida, home to Vice City.
| Full name | Lucia Caminos |
|---|---|
| Role | Playable co-protagonist, alongside Jason Duval |
| Setting | The state of Leonida, including Vice City |
| Backstory (Rockstar, paraphrased) | Her father taught her to fight almost as soon as she could walk. Fighting for her family landed her in prison, and luck got her out. She wants the good life her mother dreamed of, and sees a life with Jason as her way to it. |
| First shown | Grand Theft Auto VI Trailer 1, posted December 4, 2023, a day early after it leaked |
| Release | November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S; no PC date announced |
| Voice and performance | Not announced by Rockstar. A long-running fan theory names actress Manni L. Perez, but there is no solid evidence or official confirmation. |
Watch Lucia in official footage
If you want to see Lucia, these are the real thing, posted by Rockstar or covered by an established outlet. They load from YouTube only when you press play.
- Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look The full official gameplay reveal. YouTube age-restricts it, so it opens on YouTube (sign-in needed); it is also on Netflix.
Is the Lucia leak real?
Probably partly. The evidence points to footage from a genuine pre-release build, with the nude scenes being the part least likely to reflect the finished game.
Signs the footage is Rockstar's
- Rockstar has been filing DMCA takedowns against the clips since August, and Take-Two's court filings to identify the leaker refer to "stolen content", which Mashable reads as an admission the videos are real.
- Eurogamer, which watched the October 8 video, says it "appears to be legitimate".
- Several clips re-enact scenes from Rockstar's own Extended Look, which Sportskeeda takes as a sign of access to a development kit.
Signs the nude scenes aren't how GTA 6 plays
- Bystanders don't react to Lucia walking around unclothed (Kotaku, Wolf's Gaming Blog).
- Insider Gaming calls nude open-world roaming "almost certainly fake", citing people who saw Rockstar's live gameplay and inconsistencies between clips, such as Lucia's hair switching between pigtails and a bob.
- Forbes notes it "may actually be some sort of mod", and the October 8 video also seems to show a first-person camera, which points to an older or debug build.
Our label: Unverified for the footage as a whole, Not supported for nudity being a normal part of the game. We'll change it if Rockstar says otherwise.
Can you watch or download it safely?
No. There is no official copy, reuploads are taken down, and the "downloads" that circulate are the dangerous part:
- Malware: a 113 GB "GTA 6" file that spread in August turned out to be 99.99% empty padding plus a small virus, according to tests reported by GameSpot. Wolf's Gaming Blog warns readers to expect fake copies of the Lucia clip carrying malware.
- The coin: the leaker's $CYBERLEEK meme coin is the business model. Kotaku reported that roughly $250,000 was moved out of it in August, and the consumer campaign Stop Killing Games told people: "Do not send these people your money."
- Spoilers: Forbes notes the leaker has mostly avoided main-story spoilers so far, but keeps threatening to release the whole story.

What Rockstar has said
Rockstar's only public statement came on August 26, 2026, on its official social channels, the day before the Extended Look. It said it would be an understatement to call the leaks "heartbreaking" for the team, apologized for the long wait, said the game is nearly finished, and asked fans to wait for November 19. It has not commented on the October clips of Lucia, according to Dexerto and Kotaku. Its other response has been legal: takedowns, and Take-Two's subpoenas to Microsoft, Discord, X and Google.
